Manchester mourns Stone Roses bassist Gary 'Mani' Mounfield

The Stone Roses bassist Gary 'Mani' Mounfield's funeral took place in Manchester, attended by notable figures from music and sport. Ian Brown, the band's singer who called Mounfield his brother, Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, and Sir David Beckham were among those paying their respects. The coffin featured the iconic artwork from the Stone Roses' first album.
