Settlement reached in Antioch police misconduct lawsuit

Santa Clara County is honoring those who died while living on the streets this past year. Friday's wet weather is an introduction to what forecasters are expecting to be a very wet week. Decades of alleged police abuse in Antioch is finally coming to a settlement. San Francisco hasn't had a float in the iconic Rose Parade in Pasadena since 1978, but the city is finally making it's long awaited return to the New Years Day Spectacle. A pair of Bay Area schools will hit the court this weekend of a big women’s basketball event featuring some of the top programs in the nation.
