Investigation continues into car that landed on BART tracks in Castro Valley

It was a chaotic scene in Castro Valley when a car flew off a tow truck and onto the BART tracks in the middle of the 580 freeway. California regulators are giving Tesla one more chance to change the marketing about the self-driving capabilities of its cars. In a 7-to-1 vote, the Oakland City Council has extended the use of license plate recognition technology to aid police.
