ACCC warns of market failures after soaring stevedore profits

Exporters and importers are calling for urgent reform, after the consumer watchdog described the increased costs of loading and unloading ships as a 'market failure'.

The consumer watchdog has been examining stevedoring profits which have jumped 130% over the past 5 years.
