Teen killed in fatal shooting in Jackson / One person killed in a single-vehicle accident in Rankin County

Jackson police are investigating a murder that occurred in the 200 block of Rebelwood Drive on Sunday. 17-year-old Joe Loggins was fatally shot and pronounced dead at the scene. Plus, a 19-year-old was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Rankin County on Sunday afternoon.
