Critical injuries in Liverpool highway crash

Two people have been critically injured in a three-car collision on the Hume Highway at Liverpool in Sydney's southwest just after 11pm. One woman was trapped for at least 30 minutes before being freed and placed in an induced coma, while two other people sustained minor injuries in the crash.
