What am I grateful for this year? So many things! It’s good to take some time each day and think about and express what you are grateful for. Feeling gratitude signals to the body that everything is okay, and it is safe to rest and digest. Which is important for Thanksgiving meals, am I right?! So I tried something different this week, I spoke off the cuff, with just a few notes instead of a prepared message. It’s genuine and from the heart. I love you guys!
