What caused this morning's BART shutdown in the South and East Bay?

An equipment problem is being blamed for another BART shut down this morning in parts of the East Bay and South Bay. It's going to take a thorough inspection and a 30 day quarantine but boaters may finally be able to use the San Pablo and Camanchee Reservoirs next season.
