Evening Edition: A United States Peace Plan Presented To Ukraine's Zelenskyy

The United States and Russia have written up a plan to try and end the bloody fighting in Ukraine. High ranking officials from the Pentagon met with President Zelenskyy and shared the Trump administration's reported new 28-point plan to end the war. The plan is said to have been in the works for a month, receiving input from both sides but there is some initial negative reaction from Ukrainian officials who say it heavily favors Russia.
