CA wants to ban masks on ICE agents...the DOJ is pushing back

Continuing the legal tug-of-war between California and the White House, the Department of Justice is challenging a pair of newly-signed state laws putting restrictions on federal law enforcement. The man accused of murdering beloved Coach John Beam made his first court appearance in an Oakland courtroom on Tuesday. Students are reacting to word that a man almost died during an off-campus fraternity party last week near UC Berkeley.
