Ervin found the Union Gospel Mission online after suffering profound losses in his family. He was worried about feeling lonely within the program especially after losing his twin brother but when he arrived at the community with other veterans he was lifted up. Not only were his basic needs met but was also provided with a path to his own housing, he has now been there for three months. Ervin speaks about the deep depression he was dealing with when he arrived at Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities and how he was met with open arms and support that got him back on his feet. https://www.ugmtc.org/programs/veterans-housing-program/
