Steve Staeger of 9 NEWS reports on Kersey, a small municipality in Weld County, charging $340 for some speeding tickets in a photo-enforced zone which decreases from 65 mph to 45 mph over a stretch of just one-quarter mile, despite an established rule capping those fines at $40.

Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams doesn't have jurisdiction over the local police in Kersey, but he has an opinion on the matter and joins Ryan to share it.

Also, Sheriff Reams moonlighted as Dan Caplis's fill-in host on Monday and scored a big interview with GOP candidate for governor, Victor Marx. He reflects on that conversation with Ryan.

In a brutal 3-minute takedown, President Trump absolutely eviscerates ABC News reporter Mary Bruce in a classic edition of 'Trump's Hot Takes.'
