DOLPHINS SQUAD SHOW: Miami DOLPHINS BLOW 17-0 LEAD + Late Lead in 24-17 L @ Carolina, FALL TO 1-4

The Miami Dolphins blew a 17-0 lead, the Carolina Panthers dominated both sides of the line of scrimmage, and Miami fell to 1-4 in what was easily their worst loss of the season so far, 27-24 in Charlotte.

The Dolphins had the ball with 1:54 left and all 3 timeouts left, but 2 incompletions and a sack forced a punt, and the Panthers ran it out.

Bryce Young hit Mitchell Evans with a 4-yard touchdown pass with 1:59 left- right after Miami had retaken the lead by scoring for the 1st time since the 2nd quarter.

Tua Tagovailoa hit Jaylen Waddle with a 46-yard touchdown pass with 4:30 left in the 4th quarter, the defense stepped up with a big stop late, and the Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins came out red-hot, scoring in their 1st 3 drives and forcing 2 turnovers in the 1st half while jumping out to a 17-0 lead.

Miami couldn’t get anything going from the 2nd through past the midway point of the 4th quarter, as the Panthers stuffed their run game and contained their short passing attack.

Panthers’ RB Rico Dowdle ripped the Miami defense for over 200 yards on just 21 carries.
