The Tampa Bay Lightning lose to the Florida Panthers 7-0 in a game that saw the two teams combine for over 320 penalty minutes and 13 game misconducts. Goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy played for the first time this preseason, giving up 6 goals on 26 shots and Zemgus Girgensons left the game after being boarded by Carter Verhaeghe. The Lightning finish the preseason with a 6-1-0 record and now they prepare for Opening Night this Thursday.
