State bill looking to curb rise of illegal 3D printed guns

A bill aimed at tightening ghost gun rules is now on Governor Newsroom's desk after being passed by state senate and assemblymembers earlier this month. For months, the mayor of San Jose has been urging for more of a partnership between the city and county in order to tackle homelessness.
