Kelsey Nederveld, is the Director of Nutrition Services at Sacramento City Unified School District, was instrumental in building and designing the district's own Central Kitchen, a food processing facility that is focused on scratch made, locally sourced ingredients to create wholesome meals, with the support of local chefs and farmers--revolutionizing school lunch.
