Donegal salon workers training to recognise domestic abuse

Donegal hairdressers, barbers, nail technicians, aestheticians and salon owners have taken on additional training beyond their craft to recognise signs of domestic abuse, coercive control and addiction.

So, how would it work? And should all employers consider this type of training?
