This week, Sean and Michelle are getting real (and a little ridiculous) with the lovely Alex Ward and Chauntelle Molfese from Village Realty Team! These powerhouse ladies are juggling more hats than a catwalk at Fashion Week – running a booming real estate biz, hosting the third season of their hit The EmpowerMoms Podcast, and throwing epic events with their Village Mom and Village Women’s Clubs. Oh, and did we mention they’re also basically fielding their own sports team of kiddos? Yeah, these two don’t mess around.

Alex and Chauntelle spill the tea on bringing big heart and fierce compassion to their business, the importance of setting goals and delegating like a pro, and the wild ride of watching their dreams blossom.
