Join Braden, Chris, and Adam as they discuss Hironobu Sakaguchi's The Last Story, including a brief recollection of Project Rainfall and what it was like to talk about JRPGs on the internet approximately 14 years ago. It's not all horror stories though, as they also cover the game's unique approach to combat, its non-unique approach to storytelling, and why basically no one talked about it after release (hint: it's Xenoblade's fault.) Our hosts found a game they actually enjoyed for once, which is good since the next game they're playing is going to be an absolute nightmare.
