Zelensky says he'll meet Putin in Turkey for Russia-Ukraine talks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin say they are prepared to meet in Istanbul on Thursday. The two have not met since Russia invaded Ukraine in early 2022. This comes as European allies threatened Russia with "massive" sanctions on Monday unless a 30-day ceasefire is implemented, a move supported by President Trump.
