The defendant says he never saw any issues with the car, so he doesn’t owe her anything. He’s countersuing for lost wages. Plus, the plaintiff hired the defendant to install silencers on two of his rifles. He claims the defendant took too long get the parts assembled, so he’s suing for the balance on his deposit.
