  • Brisbane's viral baker and owner of Brooki Bakehouse, Brooke Bellamy, has been accused of plagiarising recipes from two bakers.

    Nagi Maehashi from RecipeTin Eats took to social media to share a comparison of her caramel slice and baklava to Bellamy's cookbook 'Bake with Brooki.'

    The battle has been shared over social media, with Maehashi now asking followers to lay off Bellamy.

    Bill McDonald said on 4BC Mornings, "You can't throw the live grenade and then blame someone else for the explosion. It's too little, too late. It's fake. And I think it's disingenuous. And frankly, I think it's laughable."
