In this raw and unfiltered episode, I share the final chapter of my journey with my dad, a chapter that brought both closure and a deep reclaiming of self.

After nearly two decades apart, I flew back to Adelaide to be by his side in his final days. I left my husband and kids, planning to stay for a week or two, holding space for a peaceful goodbye. But just one day in, my guides told me clearly: go home. And after our second visit, I understood why.

In this episode, I speak honestly about the moment I was reminded, so clearly, why I walked away 19 years ago. Why I had to choose myself then, and why I had to choose myself again now. Even at the end of someone’s life, it does not excuse unkindness, mistreatment, or emotional manipulation. No one gets a free pass to treat you like you don’t matter.
