1st of all, those that are complaining about the shared narration obviously paid no attention to Cher telling us listeners that she is horribly dyslexic. Also in the description above she states that she used Stephanie Block, who won a Tony for playing her on Broadway, to do the shared narration, otherwise it would have been impossible for Cher to read the entire book to us!!! now on to my review. this is the absolute best autobiography I have ever read. The pure honesty and openness in which she tells her life story puts the reader aka listener right there with her every step along the way. Thank you Cher for living in the decades that I got to enjoy you and your book

A real insight of a tough cookie!

This was truly a good book, she doesn’t sugarcoat her past, she has had an interesting life to say the least, many ups but just as much downs! Looking forward to the second part! She certainly is a BadAss

So good. I did not want this to end. So much I didn’t know about Cher. Can’t wait for the next one.

Cher’s incredible drive and ability to survive the ups and downs.

I loved the book, it’s relatable and for such a big Star as Cher is, for lack of a better word, it’s very honestly and humbly told. Cher’s life and family history are so interesting to me. I guess i’m a fan of autobiographies because fact is more interesting than fiction. Also Chers ability to pivot with Sonny throughout her life. I’m a fan and fascinated by their success together and Cher on her own. I saw Cher perform last year and attended her recent book tour stop in San Francisco. She has an amazing voice , knack for telling stories, a great sense of humor and an incredible memory. I enjoyed all of it. The concert, the book tour and reading the book as well. I look forward to Cher Part 2!
