I really enjoyed this book. After going through a really bad divorce and then opening myself up-to-date and it seemed like I was dating the same person over and over again, and I noticed that I would just let go of myself in these relationships and not of the fault of the man, but fault of myself. This book has helped me learn how to communicate and how to navigate relationship relationships. Better but not only that I love the 10 step guide for every chapter. The only thing I wish it came with a PDF so I could print out the 10 steps for each one.
