This is an excellent book about the art and philosophy of the martial arts.
I highly recommend this book to those who practice martial arts and those interested in a part of Japan’s history.
I was sorry when the book came to an end.

Inspirational

As a long term practitioner of budo, I found much in this book. The story, the history, and the feeling. Banpen Fugyo! (Be unshaken, no matter what. )

This is another great book by Dave Lowry. If you are a martial artist you need to listen to this book.
