It's good for training your mind

This book helped me not only change my mindset, but do some of the things I wanted to with discipline automatically. the tools will help you get your brain to do some of that work for you. It's a good listen.

Encourages good habit forming

Habits are super important when it comes to accomplishing what you want. This book is it out pretty cleanly how you can take some control back over the hours in your day, instead of wasting them on the phone the computer.

Discipline School!

Learn how to have that discipline you always wanted! Well, it turns out it's a little bit harder then just listening to an audiobook, you actually have to implement what it suggests. That being said, this book has some good ideas on how to get your brain shifted into the right gear to make you more productive. there are ways to make it so that it actually feels rewarding to deny yourself the swiping on your phone and other distractions and get things done. you know that's what you want to do anyway. This is how.

Helps with self-discipline

This book was a pretty good approach to how to get your brain convinced that it should be being productive as opposed to being lazy. I've implemented some of what it suggests sand I think my productivity has gone up for sure.

Automatic self discipline

Discipline is not based on Willpower alone, this book helps you tune up your brain in your environment so that your willpower will go a lot farther. I think I'm getting more done after listening to this audiobook.
