AI reading of the story left a lot to be desired. The voice read the words mechanically without the normal inflection.

enjoyable thriller

Quick paced and gets right to the point in this novel - enjoyable stand alone thriller! I liked the narration. If you follow JK Ellem, I was a little surprised with some similarities between this story and another of his and some discrepancies with some minor characters background - A Winter's Kill - Finch brothers (see if you catch it) but does not by any means take aware from this story as a stand alone thriller but also an Aaron's Bay world continuation. Did I hear correctly that Audrey has a Ravenswood Readers Card? I hope more of JK Ellem's books are release soon on Amazon, pretty please?
