‘The most dangerous road in the world! It’s a small and muddy dirt track on the very lip of a high mountainside, with no railings or barriers. One slip - and it’s a high dive into a wild glacial river!’
‘Awesome! Let’s go for it!’

The awesome Amigos set out on their most ambitious trip yet! They have heard of a wild and unpaved and risky road that connects two remote and mountainous Himalayan states - so of course, they have to check it out!

They set out on their not-very-trusty steeds - Royal Enfield motorbikes, which are sure to break down on the very worst roads at the very worst time - and head out to the high Himalayas!

They cross the highest roads in the world and ride to the northernmost point of the country in the wild and untamed Himalayan desert of Ladakh!

Adventures galore! From breaking down at one the highest and most deserted roads in the mountains to riding to the fortified Line of Control between two skirmishing nations to soaking in remote hot springs in the freezing Himalayas to nearly dying of hypothermia when caught in unseasonal showers in frigid Ladakh!

Join the Amigos in their longest and most adventurous ride yet! The most fun that you can have on two wheels

A unique exploration of India - by Indians!

Get a real taste of India, with crisp and flavoursome sides of history, culture, traditions - and a lot of fun anecdotes and stories.

This is the 4th book in the Amigos series of adventures

Reviews
My fourth Ketan Joshi book in a row ... and I found it to be an extremely exhilarating read. Adventure and humour and history- make his books worth reading and especially the bikers would be able to relate to the interesting information in the book which will certainly be helpful. A Must Read!

Ketan's writing makes us believe that we are living the adventures with them. Go for it and read it, travelling doesn't get any better than this!!

Ketan's books are always a dose of happiness for me. The way he writes about his journey is out of the league of other travelogues. He makes hilarious every turn on the road as well as every event. Riding in the Himalayas, to Ladakh in the first book, and to Spiti valley in the next, this time Amigos hop on their bikes and head towards the Cliffhanger: the most dangerous road in the world ('as has been named by Indian motorists...opinions may differ')

The author paints a colourful travelogue of Indian history, geography and local customs that I found fascinating. A motorcyclist myself, I find that I share a love of two-wheeled travel with the Amigos even though we are half a world away from each other. If you enjoy travel books and you like motorcycle travel in particular, this book is a must-read!

He's easily one of the most gifted authors in India. If there's any Indian author that you like and you pick up Ketan Joshi's book, he'll kick out your favourite author by a mile! He's absolutely amazing!’

‘Hats off to Ketan! One of the greatest Indian authors IMO! I pray that he keeps on writing book after book! He's the PG Wodehouse of India.’
