Fascinating biography by legendary Teddy

I am glad Teddy himself narrated it. The book is more than boxing, it is about people, relationships, fears, insecurities, loyalty, betrayal and all that juice stuff.

I couldn't put it down. Finished it within 3 days.

Now when I see him talking on interviews, youtube etc, i feel like I know him. And it is pleasure to get to know him. He is a kind, caring , compassionate man with big heart.

Blessing to him and his family and people who helped him with the audiobook.

I burnt through this in one day - damn this is great! I love this! And Teddy reading it is great.. probably my favorite audiobook to date. I devoured this :-)! If you’re a fight guy/gal this is a must. And there are some life lessons here too.

Excellent insight from a boxing maestro.

Few understand the sport of boxing as well as Teddy Atlas. His book is a fascinating story of his life, challenges faced inside and outside the ring, and dealing with adversity like a pro. Excellent insight from a boxing maestro. Highly recommended.

Teddy’s honesty and unwavering loyalty to people and the truth is so apparent in his story and his reading of it that if you’re paying even the slightest attention this book will change you. You will learn what it means to stare fear in the face, clench your fists and GO!

Amazing!

Haven’t reviewed in a while, but this book was so amazing I had to write something. Teddy Atlas is so admirable, even with his tough exterior, the heart and brain work overtime. Having him narrate makes it so much better. You feel like you’re sitting around and sharing stories. The occasional interviews add a lot — a great way to update the narrative. Thank you Teddy.

Every man should aim to be like Teddy

I felt sad that the book ended. I love that the narrator voice was Teddy’s himself. He cut no corners. Teddy is a man’s man.
