Assassins

From far and near and without warning, the bullets of hired assassins scream through the air in search of their target: Johnny Hornet.

His days seem numbered, but help is at hand. Just as fire is best fought with fire, an assassin is best fought with another assassin, one who knows the trade and can anticipate his adversary's every move and hunt down the hunter.

While Hornet locks horns with his ruthless enemies, Hattie Hornet, sister to Johnny Hornet, tries to put her ignominious past behind her as a soiled dove of a bordello. In partnership with a close friend, she opens a shop not far from the bordello where she was once forced to ply a very different sort of trade. But will the townsfolk allow her to forget her past and accept her in her new role as a shopkeeper?

Hattie Hornet's courage and determination will be tested as she fights for what she believes in, just as Johnny Hornet must face his own fight-- a fight to the death.
