so I don't have words to explain the different emotions I was feeling while listening. the first half of was very sad the second half is were my confusion came in but overall as always the author and narrators did a great job

Oh, so not the way I wanted their story to go. Great story as always, and yes, I cried.

I really needed a good cry. This was it. I can only ever pray to find me a good man like Dixie. If I do, I pray I’d be a good wife like Mary.

Ok its gonna take 2 days for this 1. it's a 2 n 1. The 1st is Dixie himself (life & luv story) & it's so heartbreaking yet beautiful 🥹🥹, I literally cried frm ch. 20 till author's note (which was end of part 1). A befitting end to the man, the legend. I'll listen to part 2 after I compose myself.
