The author uses simple anecdotes and familiar stories to help decode some complexities and paradoxes of life. He leads the reader to learn that what life is about for the individual lies in his daily personal experiences , and only he alone can harness this unique personal resource.I read the book in print and I’m reading it over audio as I find helpful practical values in the discussion s. I wholeheartedly recommend it to other readers as well- young and old.
