It contains an extra chapter written by Richard Hargreaves of self hypnosis affirmations based on the messages within the book. Not only are these affirmations powerful at helping change your thinking, feeling, and behavior for the better, but they also provide a summary of the essence of the book.
These affirmations have also been added subliminally to relaxing music in an additional chapter.
