Collected Poems For Various Occasions, VII

In the wake of the tyrannical shut-downs during the China (Wuhan) Virus, I felt inspired to write more poetry, and over a period of two and a half years collected enough original poems to produce Book Number 7 of my series, "Collected Poems for Various Occasions." The occasions in question here fall under the chapters titled, General Poems, Love and Romance, Bible, General Christian, and Last Things. I write in both rhymed verse and free verse and frequently use iambic pentameter to create my poems. These are designed to pick you up and encourage you, to stiffen your spine and make you braver than before, to make you marvel at what love and beauty are, and of course to make you laugh. I'm a Christian so I wrote a number of these from a Christian perspective; but all can find something useful and enjoyable here.
