The proposal that the impact of humanity on the planet has left a distinct footprint, even on the scale of geological time, has recently gained much ground. About Time

Even though a room full of scientists disagreed about if we are in the Anthropocene… I think the majority of sentient beings on earth may disagree. This book was a great overview.
