First finding fame on iconic children’s television shows on CITV, Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel, Anna decided to use her own experiences suffering with severe panic attacks and anxiety to help others.
Now a qualified counselor, life coach and NLP practitioner, Anna’s first book, Breaking Mad, currently sits at number one on Amazon.
Anna Williamson talks to us about her lengthy career, how it feels to be publishing her second title and how she’s used her own battle with mental health to inspire others.
