I LOVE how unique the stories are. I honestly cried a couple times throughout.

I Absolutely loved it!! The story's were amazing and it just goes to show how amazing animals are😊

Good story.

Had to take this in bits. The narrator was like nails on a chalkboard for me. Accents done well but sentences were run on or all finished in a weird breathless cadence. Kinda ruined the experience.

Very quick listen to and follow along with. Heartwarming, empowering. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to while doing chores!

Beautiful

I follow the author on YouTube and her positive attitude/love for animals made me want to read her book the stories where all so beautiful and well told as a animal lover myself it was beautiful to hear all these unique stories inspired by loving animals doing what they do best being the best of friends and companions to man kind

Lovely book

I thoroughly enjoyed this collection of short stories. They are emotionally moving, entertaining, and thought provoking.

The narrator has a weird cadence to her voice and often reads in such a way that a whole paragraph sounds like a single run-on sentence. I found myself wanting to tell her to "Breathe!" At the same time, she does voices, accents, and emotions very well.

For sure, though, if you don't have the time or patience for a printed copy of this book, the beautiful stories within are well worth the small discomfort sometimes caused by the narrator.

Animal Kind

This is one of the best true accounts of a persons life I’ve ever read, the story is very warm and shows a lot of emotion and love for her pets and told of other parts of her life as well. I recommend this book to anyone who loves animals.

Good Listen but wanted more

I felt like this could have been more, I loved the stories but instead of talking about the stories impact afterward Em just gave information on the animal featured instead of tying to story into a lesson as the subtitle says. The VA had an almost robotic sound to her voice sometimes which made it a bit strange to listen to but it was overall a good book. I probably wouldn't recommend to someone looking for a deep read but it is something nice and light for those who aren't looking for anything you need to be truly invested in

I have been a follower and supporter of Em for over 7yrs now and counting. To say I enjoy anything and everything she puts her amazing beautiful talent to would be an understatement!! This book will always give me a deep appreciation for the love of our animals and a must read over and over . <3 Love you Em!! I see you and I thank you for sharing YOU and always being upfront and lifting to so many others 🙏🏼
