Angel's Crossing is a delightful re-imagination of President Lincoln's history. I don't want to give away any of the plot twists so cleverly inserted. The book was written for young adults and I would have loved to have read this in junior high or high school. The narration was done by AI, but it definitely deserved a live narrator. As good as AI is in 2026, it made some strange interpretations as it missed the mark for certain inflections of language. I'm looking forward to listening to another of Mrs. Rosas's writings.
