Acerca de esta escucha
Leadership is about inspiring the heart and minds of people to be their best and do what needs to be done (even when they do not want to). A title does not make a leader, and while we have many managers or people with titles, we often lack leadership in our organizations or businesses.
I wanted to write a simple overview of those things that managers can do to elevate themselves as a leader. Leadership and management are different, but both are necessary for your business to be successful; however, for any organization to be successful, particularly in times of uncertainty and crisis, leadership must come to the forefront and inspire others to believe more, think more, and deliver more.
Thanks for taking five minutes (really, that’s all it takes) to listen to An Ode to the Leader in All of Us.

Insightful and Fun
Shane’s “An Ode to the Leader in All of Us” is packed with valuable insights that are delivered in a creative, fun, and memorable way. As a professor who teaches about management and leadership, I am familiar with many different leadership theories and approaches, some of which are complex or are not relevant for today’s leader. Shane has a unique way of making things easy to understand and providing actionable tactics for enhancing leadership. I highly recommend this for anyone who is currently a leader or an aspiring leader.

Fun Review of What's Important to Leaders!
I've benefited from the wisdom of Shane Green over the last several years. This little ode is an excellent summary of his guidance to leaders in organizations. As a CHRO, Shane's messages always hit home for me as the most important things for organizations and leaders to do well. Instead of another article, the ode provides a fun way to review this critical behaviors and actions.
