A Whirlwind of Activity

This series just gets better and better with each succeeding story. I like Izzie as she always seems to be juggling so many balls in the air, and yet, she manages to pursue her passion for investigative journalism. I admire her strength and courage. I like Izzie's relationship with both her sister and her boyfriend as she takes care of them and is supportive in their pursuits. I hope there will be more stories featuring these characters. I enjoyed Liz Wylder Boyer's narration as she was entertaining. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Another fantastic story that pulls you in right from the start. Christa Nardi never disappoints and can’t wait for more!

A cozy mystery

The story line is decent the characters are good but not well described to make the listener connect strongly,
The narrator's voice is always so upbeat it feels weird for a murder investigation. She does do a good job changing per character,

Mystery and Food and Romance

The author starts in directly with a description of a murder that took place and needs to be solved. The journalist who writes about the case tracks down people to interview for a human interest story. Along the way she lets the police know what she is discovering. Also, she owns a restaurant along with her sister that needs to be run and the sister is getting married. Lots of good food and friendships develop. The narrator does a good job of keeping the action moving and the characters distinguished from each other.

Great book to listen to. Must listen to it, you won't be disappointed. Excellent book overall and the narrator does a very good job.
