If you are looking for and introduction to some of the terms involved in Ayurveda this may be meaningful. As far as a deep explanatory look at what Ayurveda is and encompasses this falls short miserably.

Overview of Ayuvedic principles and pronunciation

I purchased this audio book as an accompaniment to an Ayuveda book that I was reading for Yoga 5 acher traning ( not available as audio book.) it is a perfect compliment, pronunciation of Ayurvedic words and renforcing overview of Ayuvedic principles were key. Thank You for this audio book.
