An Aurora Twilight tells the story of Tyller Mancuso and Daylee Rothman in a modest, working class town just outside Columbus, Ohio. Most residents in Dayton had grown up there and gone on to work blue collar jobs out of high school including Tyller. After having her heart broken, Tyller Mancuso lives a solitary life of her own choosing devoid of true love and trust. In her experience, she more you trust someone the greater the fall when they leave. She was 30, single, and enjoyed being seen as a hot, butch lesbian. Her reputation of being a playboy was well known and well deserved. Daylee Rothman enters Tyller’s life at a critical point for both of them. She was stunningly beautiful but didn’t even know it. Her life before Tyller was that of a quiet, 20 year old college student on a path chosen for her by her upbringing. Raised by her conservative, white collar parents, she did what was expected of her. Changing her own path to be with Tyller, she finally has a voice in her own future and a love she never knew existed. But is the life she desires going to mesh with the life she was raised in and already knows? And is Tyller going to be able to love again knowing the factors involved and the jaded voices that speak to her fears in ways no one knows about? Both must decide if the risk is worth the gain.
