Kaboo and his friends enjoy a happy indigenous life in the Amazon. Surrounded by beautiful plants and animals, they learned more about nature and all its gifts in the jungle. Growing up was an adventure but things become much more serious after they come upon a cocaine lab. These events make everything more dangerous for the tribes. Kaboo with Tana at his side begins the fight for the jungle. By this time Kaboo has become an environmental ecologist and Tana, a doctor. Confrontations are deadly against the powerful and greedy illegal gold miners, cocaine labs and other destructive forces in the Amazon. The Amazon Rainforest is the lungs of the planet. Many of the diverse, endangered species are included in the story. Tiki the scarlet macaw is Kaboo's rescued parrot. Miko the wooly monkey is another of Kaboo's favorite. The delights of the river and the forest run throughout the story. Love, anger, greed among other emotions flow along with the Amazon spirit.
