simply delightful

I had a tough time getting thru the lady book I read (not by this author). So what a delight it was to read this romantic romp. Definitely an HEA, with lovable characters. The hero and heroine were thankfully not perfect, and their feelings of guilt cause them difficulties, which they thankfully overcome. I was rather sad to see the story end. Very nice narration, as the narrator kept the different voices clear and reasonable, and did the inflections of the female voices well, even with his deep voice. The story had nice building sexual tension between the two main characters, though there is little to offend a reader if one gets offended easily by sexual innuendo, though toward the end it gets quite hot in a wonderful way. I wouldn't mind seeing stories about the auxiliary characters too.

Too much Back and Forth!!

This was a good story, with a great Narrator, but the Main characters went round and round and back and forth way too much. Will he, won’t he? Will she if he does? Why didn’t she this time? OH COME ON!!!

Only negative though.

The appearance of the "scandalous" rogue Alexander Powers...the boorish rogue's are not often found to be redeeming.

What does Tim Campbell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Tim's ability to bring all the characters to life and present all the emotions intended by the characters words as if he lives them...

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, since formulaic Christi Caldwell, these are anticipated distractions from other readings or as an accompaniment for daily tasks...

A Wonderful, Entertaining, Delightful & Romantic Story.

The Story was Absolutely Wonderful.

Abigail & Geoffrey were wonderful characters.

Tim Campbell was Absolutely Wonderful narrating the Story.

frustrated progress

Although I liked the story, it was irritating how simple and blind the characters progressed, I understand the fear of her virtue being in question, but she was obtuse in stupid moments. And the gentlemen was just as vaguely blind and naïve

A MUST READ!

I've really been enjoying this series and I truly love the person who has been voicing the series. He is very good and soooooo much better than a lot of voices I've heard! I wish he could do all of the books I read on Audible!

Always a Pleasure

I love Christi Caldwell writing accompanied with Tim Campbell's narration, they are th perfect match. This book was a little different in that--well Not to give out a spoiler. I will say this story has humor, passion, drama and romance.
