I prefer a book that's equal sex and story but this one was just spankings and sex it seemed like.

Cool story, terrible narrator

Sorry, but will not buy further audio books narrated by Kylie Stewart, it sounded like she just read the book out loud, no real inflection and little difference in characters’ voices.

too much

I thought I would like this book since I've liked so many other shifter books. I'm still looking for a series that gets me as much as Shy, Bitten, and Luminous. However, this book is just all about sex and torture. Not once does he actually make love to her. He only forces her and makes it as painful as he can. Also he goes out of his way to humiliate her in front of his pack. Most alphas are so possessive they wouldn't want their mate to be on display like that. He wants that and it doesn't seem right.

Wow, I love shifter stories. This went way beyond. Alpha is a main MF. I have a hard time getting through the beating parts way over the top. Kylie Stewart and Eric Rolon I’ll get as well.

Too much!!

This was too much for me. It was more like abuse than some spankings and punishment.

It had a better option

This was read aloud to you. Was not what I had hoped and it had so many ways this could go.

Not worth the time or money. predictable with weak characters. the female lead was boring. the male lead was shallow.

I wished that I had read the reviews beforehand. When I find stories like this it makes me wonder if the authors hate women. Like women aren’t dominated and forced into circumstances enough in real life. I hate this trope of women not being able to control their own bodies. How about having the female have a real reaction to being beaten, humiliated, and assaulted.

Disturbing

You know that part in Fifty Shades of Grey where Christian gets off on whipping Anastasia? Yeah that’s pretty much what this is. There is nothing romantic about this. So frustrated that I can’t return this title. Waste of my credit.
