Mickey Royal is a master storyteller
Mr Royal does such an excellent job with this story that by the end you feel just as heartbroken as the characters. He not only makes you get to know the characters on a deep level but more importantly he makes them human. Even though many of them were on the opposite side of the law he shows you that they were human beings and they all had stories to tell. Thjs was an excellent read and this is coming from a hard critic.
