Tales of Morla 4

Al Miller has concluded negotiating the early stages of an alliance with the goliath people. He has completed it in time so he should be able to return home soon enough to be there when Delia is ready to claim her class, the first of his party to do so.
Through that process, and while trying to figure out the logistics of the old Jamiston Barony, Al has come to the conclusion he must have a bureaucracy to run his ever-expanding noble fief. His friend Mazornwreld, the copper dragon will have a clutch of eggs hatching, bringing more native dragons into the world. Al wants to be there for the hatching of those eggs.
Drea is getting the ships built in Thorn the Morlan Empire will need to counter the growing threat of the Trensmyan Empire. Al knows an attack is coming from Trens, he just doesn’t know where or when. His militia is still growing as he is now recruiting on top of the conscripts he has taken from the old barony.
The militia itself is making leaps and bounds creating the infrastructure Al knows will be needed. Al knows their efforts will pay dividends in the future when trying to deal with supplying his troops and getting them moved into position, now he just has to figure out how to supply his militia.
