Without woman there would be no man. Somewhere along the way society has forgotten the power of not just women but Black women. There is a gradual shift though, a turning of the tide, as the Black woman begins to really embrace her true beauty, power, and essence. From the natural hair to the different hues in skin tone, the black woman is a force to be reckoned with.

These affirmations are for the Black woman that may need a little motivation here and there to keep going, to keep pushing and never give up. Try to listen to these affirmations at least five minutes a day, whether at the start of the day as you prepare to conquer the world, or at the end of the day once you’ve slain those dragons. Persistence is key, and you, Black woman, are the key.

Just what I need!

These affirmations are just what I need! At first I thought it was quite short & there would be more, but it is actually just enough for my daily morning ritual of positivity after I drop off my daughter at school!

As a single dad raising daughters.

This has become a center point for good.
This has restore a lot of self awareness for them as they transfer into their teenage years.
The longest of time, I thought I was losing a grip on them to social views gone wrong & social media. Now as I drop them off at school on this warm sunny spring day, their smiles was confirmation that all is well and shall remain.

A Better Me Starts With Healthy Thinking

What I liked it teachers black women that they are important to the world and that healthy thinking is very important ,especially about yourself and knowing who you are, I will recommend this to any black woman no matter where she is in her life ,again it’s very important to know who you are and have healthy thinking about yourself ,why did I choose the ratings because overall everything was great the performance story again it teaches us to always have healthy and positive thinking about ourselves that’s why I chose the ratings i did .
