Egg has passed the challenge laid down by Dazzle when her thousand-year-old planned was first conceived. In truth, our heroine was a bit lucky with the whole thing, but it doesn’t matter. She did what no one else could.
Now she finds out what all this is about . . . the flying suit, the jewelry and of course the ethereal Dazzle.
Turns out a villain named Mobius has taken over Aerianna, Dazzle’s home world. To rid her people of this madman’s tyranny, she would like Egg to travel a trillion miles to her home world and defeat the guy. Oh, by the way, he has an artifact that gives him unimaginable power.
When Egg hears all this, she asks the truly intelligent question. “Dazzle, I’m nine years old. Are you sure you have the right person?”
Smart girl.
Dazzle is sure and Egg agrees to help (with Grammy’s permission). So off they go to Aerianna to recruit a dragon, a human and sea serpent to fill out the ranks of the sisterhood.
